Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival & Cochin Sightseeing
Upon arrival at Cochin Airport or Railway Station, meet our representative and transfer to your hotel. After check-in and some time to relax, proceed for local sightseeing in Cochin, covering the historic Fort Kochi area, the iconic Chinese Fishing Nets, and the culturally rich Mattancherry Palace. In the evening, enjoy a leisurely seaside walk along the coast or explore the vibrant local markets before returning to your hotel for an overnight stay in Cochin.
Day 2: Cochin to Munnar – Scenic Hill Drive
After breakfast, embark on a picturesque drive to Munnar, a charming hill station renowned for its sprawling tea plantations and mist-covered valleys. En route, admire scenic waterfalls, lush spice plantations, and breathtaking mountain views. Upon arrival in Munnar, check in at your hotel and relax. Spend the evening at leisure, soaking in the cool and refreshing mountain atmosphere. Overnight stay in Munnar.
Day 3: Munnar Sightseeing
Begin the day with a visit to Eravikulam National Park (subject to availability), home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr and known for its breathtaking natural landscapes. Continue exploring the lush tea gardens, scenic viewpoints, and other local attractions around Munnar. In the evening, enjoy shopping for locally produced tea, spices, and handicrafts before returning to your hotel for an overnight stay in Munnar.
Day 4: Munnar to Thekkady
After breakfast, proceed to Thekkady, a destination famous for its wildlife and spice plantations. Visit Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary and, subject to availability, enjoy an optional boat safari offering opportunities to observe wildlife in their natural habitat. In the evening, you may choose to watch traditional performances such as Kathakali or Kalaripayattu, adding a cultural highlight to your experience. Overnight stay in Thekkady.
Day 5: Thekkady to Alleppey – Houseboat Experience
Following breakfast, drive to Alleppey, known for its tranquil backwaters. Check in to your traditional houseboat and begin a relaxing cruise through serene canals, lagoons, and village landscapes. As the day unfolds, enjoy the unique charm of backwater life while savoring freshly prepared meals onboard. Witness a stunning sunset over the calm waters before settling in for an overnight stay on the houseboat in Alleppey.
Day 6: Alleppey to Kovalam
After breakfast, disembark from the houseboat and drive to Kovalam. On arrival, check in to your beach resort and relax amidst the coastal surroundings. Later, visit Kovalam Beach and enjoy a beautiful sunset by the Arabian Sea before returning to your resort for an overnight stay.
Day 7: Kovalam Leisure & Trivandrum Sightseeing
Spend the morning relaxing at the beach or opt for a rejuvenating Ayurvedic massage and wellness therapy. Later, explore nearby attractions in Trivandrum, including temples, museums, and local markets that showcase the region’s heritage and culture. Return to Kovalam in the evening and enjoy your final night by the beach. Overnight stay in Kovalam.
Day 8: Departure
After breakfast at the hotel, complete your check-out formalities and transfer to Trivandrum Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey. Your tour concludes with beautiful memories of Kerala.
