Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Cochin – Transfer to Munnar
On arrival at Cochin Airport, our representative will greet you and begin your scenic drive to Munnar, one of Kerala’s most beautiful hill stations. The journey takes you through winding roads, lush green hills, and spice plantations. En route, you may stop to enjoy views of Cheeyappara Waterfalls and Valara Waterfalls. On arrival in Munnar, check in at the hotel and relax amidst the cool mountain air and tea gardens. Overnight stay in Munnar.
Day 2: Munnar Sightseeing
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of Munnar. Visit the scenic Mattupetty Dam, where you can enjoy boating and panoramic mountain views. Continue to Echo Point and Kundala Lake, famous for its peaceful surroundings and natural beauty. Later, visit the Eravikulam National Park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr and rolling grasslands. Return to the hotel in the evening and enjoy the peaceful hill station atmosphere. Overnight stay in Munnar.
Day 3: Munnar to Thekkady
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Thekkady, known for its wildlife sanctuary and spice plantations. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. Later, visit Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, where you may enjoy a boat ride on Periyar Lake and possibly spot elephants, deer, and other wildlife along the forested shores. In the evening, you may explore the local spice market or attend a traditional cultural show such as Kathakali. Overnight stay in Thekkady.
Day 4: Thekkady to Alleppey – Houseboat Experience
After breakfast, check out and drive to Alleppey, famous for its tranquil backwaters. Upon arrival, board your traditional houseboat for a unique backwater cruise experience. Sail through serene canals, lush paddy fields, and charming village scenes while enjoying freshly prepared Kerala-style meals onboard. Day 5: Alleppey to Kovalam
After breakfast on the houseboat, check out and drive to Kovalam, one of Kerala’s most famous beach destinations. Day 6: Kovalam Sightseeing – Visit Trivandrum
After breakfast, enjoy local sightseeing around Kovalam and nearby Thiruvananthapuram. Visit the sacred Padmanabhaswamy Temple, famous for its magnificent architecture and spiritual significance. Later, explore Napier Museum and the nearby Thiruvananthapuram Zoo. Return to Kovalam in the evening and relax by the beach. Overnight stay in Kovalam.
Day 7: Departure – Trivandrum Drop
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Thiruvananthapuram International Airport for your onward journey. Your memorable Kerala tour concludes with beautiful memories of hills, wildlife, backwaters, and beaches.
